This seminar will provide a strategic approach towards developing and managing a one-to-one approach for online customer marketing, targeting B2B and B2C, for tourist enterprises in Cyprus. This includes Cypriot customers travelling in Cyprus and abroad, and foreign customers travelling to Cyprus.

The company visit will adapt the training methodologies to the specific requirements of each tourist enterprise. A key focus will be on imparting tangible and practical frameworks and methods as well as explaining their implementation through real case studies and tools. The experiences of tourist enterprises in Cyprus and internationally will be shared and analysed.

Trainer

The training programme will be implemented by Philip Ammerman. Philip is an experienced online marketer who has advised a wide range of tourist enterprises in Cyprus, Greece, Lithuania, Poland, Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, Singapore and other countries in online marketing, web applications development, customer relationship management, online ERP development, and other issues.

Company Visit

The company visit will be used to amplify and customise the training content. The in-company training will follow a structured framework and will be implemented together with each management team. Key elements of the visit include:

• To assess and evaluate the current situation in each participating tourist enterprise;
• To implement and reinforce, via practical methods and tools, the seminar contact based on the needs of each tourist enterprise;
• To support each tourist enterprise in selecting the appropriate strategies, tools and methods in order to implement a one-to-one online marketing approach;
• To support each tourist enterprise develop an Action Plan for implementing an online one-to-one marketing plan.
